Arrest Made in Aggravated Sexual Assault of Two Juveniles

NEW CANEY, TX -- On June 16, 2025, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report involving two 15-year-old juveniles who were lured through a popular social media platform to the parking lot of the New Caney ISD football stadium. At that location, the suspects produced a pistol and sexually assaulted the victims in a vehicle.
After the incident, the victims informed their parents, who immediately contacted the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. Detectives with the Special Victims Unit began an investigation and quickly identified 19-year-old Darville Reginald Allen and 20-year-old Abdul Saleem, both from Kingwood, as the suspects. Warrants were secured, and both individuals were taken into custody without incident. Allen was arrested by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team, which includes members of the US Marshals Service - Gulf Coast Violent Offender Fugitive Task Force. Both suspects have been charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. Allen’s bond has been set at $150,000 and Saleem’s at $100,000. Both were booked into the Montgomery County Jail. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office urges parents to monitor their children’s social media activity and to report any suspicious communications to law enforcement immediately.
