THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Signorelli Company, one the largest private real estate developers in Texas, unveils the official rebranding for Valley Ranch, its 1,400-acre mixed-use community in Montgomery County. As part of the new brand, the firm has unveiled a new visual identity, including a new logo, color palette and typeface. Central to the rebranding is the blossom icon reflecting Valley Ranch’s interconnected lifestyle, recognizing the development’s increasing prominence as the mixed-use focal point of the growing Montgomery County region.

“This rebrand truly captures the evolution of Valley Ranch from a regional power center to an interconnected, mixed-use community with districts that support a great quality of life including places to live, work, shop, dine, be entertained and much more,” said Greg Wattson, Senior Vice President of Commercial Development for The Signorelli Company. “We’re excited to build on our success and remain committed to developing communities that create a better future.'

Valley Ranch is made up of vibrant neighborhoods and destinations, including residential communities, Valley Ranch Town Center – Houston’s most visited open-air shopping center in 2024 according to Placer.ai – and the Valley Ranch Entertainment District. The Entertainment District is in lease up phase, along with the new 900,000 square-foot Marketplace District, featuring a mix of elevated retail, dining, office and hospitality. Current and future growth at Valley Ranch supports the full live-work-play experience referenced in the Blossom icon, featuring five circles representing the core strengths of the community:

Family – Valley Ranch has a residential component with more than 2,000 single-family and multifamily homes designed to support everyday life and foster connection. Additional residential sections are planned.

Business – The community is home to several top-preforming retail tenants and restaurants within the1.75 million square feet of mixed-use space, making it an ideal location for corporate headquarters that prioritize the employee experience.

Financial – As an economic engine for Montgomery County, Valley Ranch attracts nearly 12 million visitors annually and boosts tax revenue to support ongoing development. A 210,000 square-foot convention center slated to open next year is expected to generate $1.73 billion over 30 years, delivering even more foot traffic and fueling additional economic growth in Valley Ranch and the surrounding area.

Entertainment – The 138-acre Entertainment District offers an energetic atmosphere with a variety of experiences, from movies to sports venues to a major technology-forward game emporium, which brings people together to create lasting memories.

Personal wellbeing - With 240 acres of parks, trails and green spaces, Valley Ranch makes it easy to enjoy nature, prioritize wellness and improve quality of life.

The rebranding initiative includes updated marketing materials and signage throughout the community.

Strategically located along Interstate 69 and the Grand Parkway in Montgomery County, Valley Ranch provides convenient access to Houston, while also serving as a premier destination for businesses, residents and visitors.
The Signorelli Company’s extensive development portfolio includes five additional master planned communities in Montgomery County and an expanding footprint across Greater Houston and Texas. Dozens of developments are in progress, along with a future pipeline of more than 32,000 lots, including Austin Point, its 4,700-acre transformative satellite city in Fort Bend County. This portfolio positions The Signorelli Company as a Texas leader in large-scale master-planned development, bringing dynamic, sustainable communities to life across the state.
