Montgomery County SWAT and U.S. Marshals Arrest Wanted Fugitives for Family Violence, Fraud, and Theft

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On October 2, 2025, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Operators, deputized as Task Force Officers with the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force, arrested wanted fugitives Mario Cajic and Alba Zuyapa Martinez, during two separate investigations.
Cajic, 32 years-of-age, was arrested on a Felony Warrant for Continuous Family Violence out of Montgomery County.
Martinez, 52 years-of-age, was arrested on Felony Warrants for multiple counts of Fraud and Theft. Martinez is also currently under an ICE hold.
Both wanted fugitives were taken into custody without incident and are currently confined in the Montgomery County Jail.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office commends the professionalism and precision of its SWAT Operators for safely bringing these dangerous individuals into custody. This successful arrest also reflects a decade of strong partnership with the United States Marshals Service, working side by side to ensure fugitives are brought to justice and our communities remain safe.
