Better Business Bureau recognizes CH&P Management with 2025 Award of Excellence

CONROE, TX -- CH&P Management was one of seven businesses in the Property Management category recognized as a Winner of Distinction at the annual Better Business Awards of Excellence on October 1, 2025, to honor businesses and non-profits for their achievements and commitment to quality in the workplace. Recognized as a 2025 Award of Excellence recipient, this was the second time CH&P Management received this award as they also received the Award of Excellence in 2024.

“It is an honor to be recognized for what we do every day to serve the community at large,” said Savannah Crihfield. As a husband-and-wife team, we take great joy in providing community management support based on our God given strengths. Ryan oversees all inspections and architectural control review while Savannah oversees accounting and customer service departments.”

Organized in 2013, CH&P specializes in expert HOA and community management services, protecting property values and fostering thriving neighborhoods. They care for communities as if it were their own by building lasting relationships through trust as they manage community associations with integrity, care, education, and inclusive activities to create a culture within the homeowners.

The Crihfields believe in giving back to the community that supports their business. They are actively involved in the Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce and recently joined the Greater East Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce to support the communities they manage in the growing areas of the county.
