Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Apprehends Suspect for Continuous Sexual Assault of a Child

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On October 31, 2025, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Operators, deputized as Task Force Officers with the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force, arrested wanted fugitive Esequiel Limon.

Limon, 31, was wanted on a felony warrant out of San Jacinto County for Continuous Sexual Assault of a Child. He was taken into custody without incident and is currently confined in the Montgomery County Jail.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office commends the professionalism and precision of its SWAT Operators for safely bringing these dangerous individuals into custody. This successful arrest also reflects a decade of strong partnership with the United States Marshals Service, working side by side to ensure fugitives are brought to justice and our communities remain safe.
