**Hugo was last seen driving a black 2019 Toyota Camary SE with Texas plates SXW*5187. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, and blue t-shirt with the logo "Access Glass" on the front right side. (As of November 12, 2025: Hugo's vehicle has NOT been located).
