Texas TreeVentures, the exciting outdoor aerial adventure course in The Woodlands, will be open every day from Friday, November 21, through Sunday, November 30, 2025, closed only on Thanksgiving Day.

Adventure seekers of all ages can climb through the treetops on this multi-level aerial course, perfect for making memories in the great outdoors. Township Boat Houses
Explore The Woodlands from the water this Thanksgiving Break! Riva Row Boat House, Lakes Edge Boat House and Swans at the Mall will be open daily from November 21 through November 30 (closed Thanksgiving Day). Visit rivarowboathouse.com and find the perfect adventure for your holiday!

• Riva Row Boat House: Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturday through Sunday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Lakes Edge Boat House: Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturday through Sunday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Swans at The Woodlands Mall: Daily, 1:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Make your holiday evenings even more magical with Holiday on The Waterway Swans, offered nightly at 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at Riva Row Boat House. Advance booking is highly encouraged, as spots are limited.

The Ice Rink
Kick off the season at the Grand Opening of The Ice Rink at the Woodlands Town Center on Friday, November 21, from 4 to 11 p.m. Glide into the holiday spirit with special hours throughout Thanksgiving week:

• Saturday: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Sunday: 1 to 8 p.m.
• Monday through Wednesday: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Thanksgiving Day: 4 to 8:30 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Sunday: 1 to 8 p.m.

Waste Services
There will be no trash or recycling pickup on Thanksgiving Day. Thursday routes will be collected on Friday, and Friday routes will be collected on Saturday.

• Wednesday, Nov. 26: Normal Pickup
• Thursday, Nov. 27: No Pickup
• Friday, Nov. 28: Thursday's Pickup
• Saturday, Nov. 29: Friday's Pickup

Township Facilities
The Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park and the Bear Branch Recreation Center will close early on Wednesday, November 26, at 3 p.m. and remain closed Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28. Regular hours will resume Saturday, November 29.

Township Offices will also be closed Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28. Regular hours resume Monday, December 1, 2025.

Transit Services
The Woodlands Express bus service runs regular hours Monday through Wednesday, with no bus service on Thanksgiving Day, November 27 and Friday, November 28, 2025.

There will be no Trolley service on Thanksgiving Day, November 27, 2025. Normal Trolley hours resume Friday, November 28.
