Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Arrests Two in Willis Narcotics Investigation; THC Wax and Marijuana Seized

WILLIS, TX -- The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Enforcement Team (MOCONET) successfully executed a narcotics investigation on November 20, 2025, targeting the trafficking and distribution of illegal substances in the Willis area. The operation was initiated from a Crime Stoppers tip.

As a result of this investigation, detectives arrested 31-year-old Jacey Cowling and 33-year old Brandon Lomeli. Detectives seized marijuana and THC wax and related products.
