Woodlands Man Arrested on Four Felony Counts of Promotion of Child Pornography After ICAC Investigation

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- On December 11, 2025, Constable Ryan Gable’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit carried out a residential search warrant in The Woodlands, Texas, as part of an ongoing criminal investigation into child exploitation. During this investigation, detectives spoke with 23-year-old Caden Scott Miller, who confessed to actively downloading and sharing child sexual assault material online. Miller was subsequently arrested and charged with four felony counts of Promotion of Child Pornography. Detectives seized several electronic devices that will be subject to forensic examination at a later date. Miller was booked into the Montgomery County Jail with a bond set at $330,000.
