Houston Man Arrested on First-Degree Felony Charge of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child Following Montgomery County Investigation
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- In October 2025, detectives from Constable Ryan Gable’s Office initiated a thorough investigation into allegations of child sexual abuse. Consequently, based on the evidence collected during the inquiry, an arrest warrant was issued for Leonardo Christopher Valle for the charge of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, classified as a first-degree felony.
On January 7, 2026, members of the U.S. Marshals Office - Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force, in collaboration with Constable Gable’s detectives, successfully located and arrested Valle in Houston, Harris County, Texas. The arrest occurred without any incidents.
Valle was then taken to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was processed on the active warrant. The investigation is still ongoing, as detectives suspect there may be more victims. At this moment, no further information is being disclosed to maintain the integrity of the case and the privacy of those involved.
