Constable Gable’s Office Arrests Suspect in Child Abuse Investigation

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- On December 31, 2025, Constable Ryan Gable’s patrol deputies were sent to respond to a call regarding the welfare of a minor. Upon their arrival, the deputies began collecting information about allegations of physical abuse against the minor involved. The case was then referred to Constable Gable’s detectives at Children’s Safe Harbor for further investigation.

On January 9, 2026, Constable Gable’s detectives executed a search warrant at a residence as part of the investigation and gathered sufficient evidence to arrest Marcus Andre Bradley Jr. for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury, which is classified as a second-degree felony. Bradley was then taken to the Montgomery County Jail.

The juvenile victim received medical attention, and Child Protective Services was notified to ensure the ongoing safety of the minor.

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GULTY BY A COURT OF LAW.
