Conroe Fire Department Responds to Residential Structure Fire

CONROE, TX -- At approximately 6:50 a.m. on January 13, 2026, Conroe Fire Department units responded to a reported structure fire in the 300 block of 13th Street in Conroe.

Initial crews arrived on scene within six minutes and encountered a single-story residence with heavy fire conditions. Firefighters immediately initiated an aggressive offensive attack and conducted a primary search of the home.

No injuries were reported as a result of the incident. A dog located inside the residence was safely removed by firefighters and was not injured.

The fire was brought under control within approximately 20 minutes. The cause of the fire remains under investigation by the Conroe Fire Marshal’s Office.
