Man Arrested for Indecent Assault After Alleged Sexual Assault at Montgomery County Hair Salon
THE WOODLANDS, TX -- On the evening of January 16, 2026, patrol deputies with Constable Ryan Gable’s Office responded to a report of an assault that had previously occurred at a local hair salon in Montgomery County.
Deputies made contact with the victim, who reported that a known individual, identified as Justin Cody Killingsworth, had grabbed her breast without her consent. The victim further stated that shortly after the initial incident, the suspect again grabbed her breast while she was assisting a client inside the salon.
During the course of the investigation, deputies also learned of a prior, similar incident involving the same suspect and victim. All facts and evidence gathered were presented to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. As a result, a charge of Class A Misdemeanor Indecent Assault was accepted, and an arrest warrant was issued.
On January 21, 2026, Justin Killingsworth was located and taken into custody in Conroe, Texas, by Constable Gable’s Criminal Interdiction Unit and Patrol Deputies. He was transported to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail, where he remains incarcerated at this time.
