Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies Arrest Two Following Disturbance Involving Firearms
THE WOODLANDS, TX -- On January 18, 2026, at approximately 6:45 PM, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Deputies from District 4 West Patrol responded to a high-priority call regarding a disturbance in progress involving firearms in the 25300 block of Yellowbells Place.
The initial investigation revealed that a verbal altercation had occurred between several juveniles. The situation escalated when a 16-year-old juvenile male left the scene and returned in a blue Honda passenger vehicle with other individuals.
The juvenile male was observed exiting the vehicle and brandished a firearm toward two other juveniles, threatening to shoot them before fleeing back to the vehicle.
Deputies searched the blue Honda passenger car and recovered multiple firearms and ammunition. One of the recovered firearms was determined to be stolen.
As a result of the investigation, two individuals were taken into custody. The juvenile male was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Theft of a Firearm. The driver/owner of the blue Honda was identified as 18-year old Jaidyn Ames and was charged with Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon.
