LSCS prepares students for careers in these sectors, among others, and helps connect students to jobs. Jack Mooneyhan, LSC-North Harris machining technology student, looks forward to graduating with a job lined up in his field, connections that will help advance his career and no student debt.
“I’ve learned a ton, and it’s getting me prepared for the workforce,” Mooneyhan said. “Advisors help you with whatever you need. They’ll help you with your schedule, they send us job postings every week and let us know about job fairs. They’ll help you get a job and take you where you need to go.”
Career fair attendees should dress professionally and bring copies of their resumes. They can expect to learn more about current and future job openings, meet with representatives from Brock, and interview on the spot.
