THE WODLANDS, TX -- The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office has announced a new district attorney who has joined DA Mike Holley's team as a felony prosecutor.
"Please join us in welcoming Assistant District Attorney Donnie Epperson to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office," said MCDAO representatives in a statement. "Donnie brings prosecution experience from the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and will serve as a felony prosecutor in the 435th District Court."
Epperson earned his JD from Appalachian School of Law, where he served as a Senior Editor for the Appalachian Journal of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
