Splendora High School Update

SPLENDORA, TX -- The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is currently on-scene at Splendora High School assisting the Splendora ISD Police Department regarding a reported physical assault on a teacher. Upon receiving the report, Detectives with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit and patrol deputies responded to secure the area and initiate an investigation. Our personnel remain on-site at this time. The scene is secure and there is no threat to students, or the general public. No students were injured. Splendora ISD will be communicating directly with parents regarding school directives and any further updates involving students. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of all our residents and especially our children.
