MCSO Investigates Homicide on Kenswick Park Drive

PORTER, TX -- Just before 8am, deputies with the MCSO east command arrived on a scene of a firearms disturbance at 20700 block of Kenswick Park Dr. Caller called in stating he had shot his brother.

Deputies arrived and began life saving measures on the victim to no avail. The suspect was detained at the scene. There is no active threat to the public. It’s very early in the investigation and details are limited at this time.

Major crimes detectives are enroute to continue the investigation and determine the details surrounding the shooting
