SPRING, TX -- On August 18, 2026, members of the Montgomery County Narcotics Enforcement Team, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Crime Reduction Unit executed a search warrant in south Montgomery County at Exotic Kings Smoke & Vape, located at 324 Rayford Road, directly next to a child daycare center. The operation was the culmination of an extensive narcotics investigation into illegal activities occurring at the business location after receiving multiple tips from the public.

During the execution of the search warrant, investigators recovered one firearm, nearly seven pounds of marijuana, over 1,200 grams of THC vape devices, and more than 4,000 grams of THC edible products. In addition to the narcotics and weapon, law enforcement officers seized approximately $30,000 in cash believed to be tied to illicit drug sales.

Following the search, law enforcement officers took twenty-five-year-old Mohamed Elwaseem into custody. Elwaseem was charged with Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance. He was subsequently transported to the Montgomery County Jail for booking, where he is currently being held on a fifty-thousand-dollar bond.

Anyone with information regarding criminal activity is encouraged to contact Multi-County Crime Stoppers at 800-392-7867, where information leading to a felony arrest could be eligible for a cash reward.
