Thind Management to Debut New 92-Key Staybridge Suites Spring–The Woodlands Area Hotel Later This Month Following Complete Property Transformation
SPRING, TX -- Houston-based Thind Management is preparing to debut a new 92-key Staybridge Suites at 24868 I-45 North in Spring, TX, introducing a fully reimagined upscale extended-stay option strategically positioned roughly equidistant to some of north Houston’s most popular business and lifestyle destinations: The Woodlands, City Place and Old Town Spring.
Set to welcome guests in late September 2026, Staybridge Suites Spring – The Woodlands Area represents a comprehensive transformation led by Thind Management, which serves as developer and operator and was responsible for the hotel’s design and construction. The company completely gutted and rebuilt the existing property, introducing new interiors, furnishings and kitchenettes while repositioning it to meet the needs of today’s discerning extended-stay traveler.
“Thind Management is a family-owned company, and we take tremendous pride in the projects we build and the communities we serve,” said Surpreet Singh, President of Thind Management. “Our team has been deeply involved in this property’s transformation from the ground up. Over the years, we have developed, repositioned and operated a variety of hospitality projects throughout the Houston area, and this Staybridge Suites reflects the same hands-on approach and long-term commitment we bring to every project.”
The location places guests at the center of one of north Houston’s most dynamic corporate and lifestyle corridors, with convenient access to major employers at both City Place and The Woodlands. Nearby corporate campuses and offices include ExxonMobil, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Chevron Phillips Chemical, Expand Energy Corporation, Huntsman Corporation and ABS Group, making the hotel particularly well positioned for corporate relocations, training programs, temporary assignments, project teams and other extended business travel.
Beyond the office, guests have easy access to the area’s extensive shopping, dining, entertainment and outdoor recreation offerings, along with the distinctive small-town character of historic Old Town Spring. The walkable district is home to more than 100 independent businesses, including boutiques, galleries and locally owned restaurants housed among restored turn-of-the-century buildings and tree-lined streets.
“We saw a tremendous opportunity to create an extended-stay property specifically suited to the continued growth of north Houston,” said Kevin Viteri, Vice President of Hospitality Operations for Thind Management. “Our goal was to create a hotel that combines a prime location with the space, comfort and residential conveniences guests need when they’re staying for more than just a night or two.”
Designed with a lighter, contemporary aesthetic and a palette of earth tones, Staybridge Suites will offer accommodations ranging from studios to one- and two-bedroom suites. Each is designed around the needs of longer stays, with residential-style amenities including fully equipped kitchens featuring full-size refrigerators, cooktops, microwaves, dishwashers and sinks.
The hotel extends that residential approach beyond the guest rooms with a substantial outdoor amenity area featuring a swimming pool, pickleball and basketball courts and barbecue facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary breakfast, free parking and Staybridge Suites’ signature evening social experience on select nights.
The project reflects Thind Management’s vertically integrated approach.
“Our objective wasn’t simply to renovate a hotel. We wanted to create a property that feels entirely new and supports how extended-stay guests actually live, work and travel,” continued Viteri.
