HS Football Player of the Game: Tomball at Caney Creek - 10/5/18

Linkedin

Caney Creek will host rival Tomball Friday Oct. 5 at Moorhead Stadium in their first game since the Panthers 70-point loss to College Station High School two weeks ago.

Second-year starting quarterback Julian Hernandez will lead the Panthers offense this week. The 5’9’’ senior has provided many highlights over the past two seasons; certainly, a player to keep an eye out for against Tomball. He and backup quarterback Cody Fay offer a unique style of offense, with Fay lining up all over the field for the Panthers.

Tomball’s offense is filled with playmakers at every position. Leading signal caller Hunter Dunn likes to spread the ball around in an uptempo offense. Lining up in the backfield with Dunn is junior Ja’kobi Holland Jr. and leading receiver Jay’ris Smith on the outside.

Expect a high scoring affair between the two rivals in our On-Demand Broadcast presented by Stewart Land Designs and replays by Team Sinisi Real Estate.
