Professionally framed Contemporary Oil (34 1/2" W x 46 1/4" H) Painting of Knight Chess piece signed by Thomas Baron (1921-1985).
As new condition.
Thomas Baron was a famous inventor and President of Shell Oil Development Company who initiated Shell's Woodhollow R&D and Woodcreek engineering centers (retired 1981), and part time artist. He is noted extensively in the National Academy of Engineering as one of America's most distinguished engineers.
