We are seeking a versatile and proactive Administrative and Operations Assistant to support our CEO, employees, and business operations across HR, marketing, customer service, and technology.

Role Overview:
The Administrative and Operations Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting employees, managing projects, coordinating vendors, and assisting with marketing and events. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with a high level of accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources: Manage HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance. Report directly to the CEO on personnel matters.
Employee Support & Supervision: Provide guidance to staff, address questions and administrative needs, and assist with IT or technology issues.
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, coordinate workflows, manage vendor and supplier relationships, and ensure efficient business processes.
Marketing & Social Media Support: Collaborate with marketing partners, assist with campaigns, manage social media accounts, and support advertising initiatives.
Client Communications & Customer Service: Serve as backup for client calls and inquiries, maintaining professionalism and strong client relationships.
Administrative Duties: Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation. Ensure administrative processes run smoothly.
Event Planning: Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, vendor showcases, and client appreciation activities.
Technology & IT Management: Oversee software setup, troubleshooting, and integrations (Microsoft, Teams, WeTravel, Travefy), and serve as the internal technology resource.

Skills Required

Proven experience in administrative, operations, or office management roles
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Experience in HR functions, including employee relations and performance management
Familiarity with marketing, social media, and event coordination
Proficiency with technology platforms such as Microsoft Office, Teams, and SaaS tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

20-26/hr
