This mower is only 5 months old. It works great, but has one small issue that only happens once in awhile to be honest. It is self propelled and in my yard I have a lot of trees so I manually push the mower back and forth a lot. Maybe once while I am mowing the self propel system thinks it is engage and the mower is a little hard to push, once I tap the self propel lever all is good. I contacted EGO to see if it was a software issue and to my surprise, they asked a few questions and then said, no worries we will just send you a new mower (no battery). Hence I now have 2, so I need to sell one.
