Hours: Part-Time (Approximately 10-25 hours per week)

About the Role
The Part-Time Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to company leadership, helping manage daily operations, streamline communication, and ensure that projects and priorities stay on track. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with multiple team members, tenants, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize executive email inboxes; prioritize and respond to messages as appropriate.
Maintain and coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments.
Communicate with property managers, vendors, and tenants to schedule maintenance, inspections, and meetings.
Track ongoing projects such as renovations, signage, and tenant improvements to ensure timely completion.
Create and manage task lists, reminders, and follow-ups for leadership and team members.
Assist with document preparation, vendor coordination, and file organization.
Support the implementation of technology tools to improve team efficiency and communication.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role (real estate or property management experience preferred).
Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project/task management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday).
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software platforms.
Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
