    Dr. Glenn J. Bricken and Associates, PC, is a family owned and operated clinical Psy-chology practice in The Woodlands, Texas. We have been serving The Woodlands and Spring area for over 30 years.

    Main responsibilities are prepping our charts for the next days patients. This includes but not limited to: printing day sheets, gathering charts, transferring copay info from our system to day sheets for providers and prepping virtual charts. Other duties include: answering incoming calls, scheduling patients, checking voicemails through-out the day, inputting data, interpreting/relaying insurance benefits to patients, and re-minder calls for an assigned provider. The applicant will also be responsible for re-scheduling patients and following up on missed appointments.

    Hours are flexible but will be Mon-Friday, 12-6:00 (preferred). (Friday hours may vary)
    $16-$17 an hour depending on experience

    We are looking for someone to join our team as a part time employee to assist with administrative and closing duties. Any medical office experience is a plus but not re-quired.
