Position Description:
Assist Program Coordinator with Interfaith’s Supplemental Transportation Program and Day Trips for senior adults. Assist Senior Services Team as needed with Senior Services Wellness and Care Programs and events.
Primary duties
Provide support for Supplemental Transportation Program as needed.
Coordinate local and regional senior day trips throughout the year.
Maintain monthly birthday card mailing to senior clients.
Assist with SOS, Serving our Seniors and SON, Serving our Neighbors programs biannually.
Assist in Holiday GIVING Program for senior adults.
Maintain accurate client records in Client Track database.
Provide information and referrals for senior adults, caregivers, and the community at large.
Provide special events support to all Senior Services programs as needed.
Assist in Interfaith Disaster Response efforts.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree and 2 years social services/nonprofit experience required
Preferred:
Experience working with senior or special populations
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational, customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Computer proficient
Ability to work with senior adult populations required
