As the face of our florist shop during deliveries, you will ensure that each order arrives on time, in perfect condition, and with a warm, professional touch that reflects our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Safely load, transport, and deliver floral arrangements, plants, and gifts to residential and commercial customers.
Verify delivery details and confirm accuracy of orders before departure.
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting recipients with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Handle floral arrangements with care to maintain their presentation and quality during transit.
Navigate efficiently using GPS or delivery routes to ensure on-time arrival.
Assist with in-shop tasks during downtime, including floral prep, packaging, and light cleaning.
Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Polite, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.

Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods is a plus.
