As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Relationship Manager to join our client-facing team and help us provide exceptional service to our clients.

Role Overview:
The Associate Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Relationship Management (Operations) team by helping to deliver outstanding client service. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about client service and operations, and who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will be responsible for assisting clients in their financial journey, answering inquiries, facilitating client meetings, and collaborating with senior team members on delivering investment and financial planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing timely responses to emails, calls, and requests.
• Assist clients in account openings, account transfers, and money movement.
• Prepare for client meetings and perform, track, and communicate post-meeting action items.
• Help manage and maintain client data and ensure that it is up-to-date in the firm's CRM and portfolio management systems.
• Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth transitions from prospect to active clients.
• Support the firm’s compliance and regulatory obligations by maintaining accurate records of client interactions and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy and providing exceptional client service.
• Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, including offering additional services that may benefit their financial plans.
• Participate in client review meetings and assist senior Relationship Managers with relationship growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple clients needs simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM (SalesForce, Wealthbox)
• Series 65 preferred (required for future promotion to senior-level roles).
