Job Description

The Volunteer Coordinator plays a pivotal role in expanding Habitat Montgomery County's capacity by developing and managing a robust volunteer program. This is a part-time position, approximately 25 hours per week, Thursday - Saturday. This position strategically identifies and cultivates diverse volunteer opportunities, fosters key community partnerships, and designs impactful engagement initiatives that drive volunteer satisfaction and long-term retention. The coordinator serves as a key liaison, collaborating with the Community Engagement Manager and other internal construction teams.
