Immediate Opening: Group Manager – Faith-Based Travel Agency (The Woodlands, TX)
We are a faith-based travel agency located in The Woodlands, TX, seeking a full-time Group Manager to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and memorable travel experience for every passenger traveling with our groups.
Position Overview
The Group Manager will oversee all aspects of group travel coordination—from the moment a passenger registers until they return home. This includes managing documentation, special needs, and communication, while providing vital support to the group sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate passenger registrations, payments, and records
Assist travelers with passport requirements and other travel documentation
Collect and manage traveler details, including dietary restrictions and special needs
Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and travel information packets
Act as a point of contact for group travelers, addressing questions and concerns
Support the sales team with group logistics and coordination
Maintain organized files and accurate reporting for each group
Collaborate with vendors, airlines, and partners as needed to ensure smooth group travel
Position Details
Location: The Woodlands, TX (in-office position)
Full-time, immediate opening
