At Half Baked Goodness – The Woodlands North, we’re a small, family-owned bakery known for our giant gourmet cookies and cookie cakes — and we’re looking for a dependable, fast-moving team member who can handle both the production and decorating sides of the bakery.

This is not a sit-down decorating job — it’s a hands-on, physically demanding position that involves mixing dough, lifting heavy ingredients, working quickly during rushes, and decorating with accuracy and creativity. If you like to stay busy, take pride in detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!


Responsibilities

- Mix cookie dough and prepare icings following exact recipes.
- Decorate cookie cakes and cookies with custom designs and themes.
- Operate commercial mixers and other bakery equipment (must be 18+).
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs of ingredients and trays.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow food safety standards.
- Work efficiently to meet production and decorating timelines.
- Support the team and help wherever needed.

Qualifications

- Previous bakery, kitchen, or decorating experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality.
- Must be available at least 4 days per week, including Fridays and Saturdays.
- Physically able to lift, move, and stay on your feet for several hours.
- Dependable, positive, and able to work quickly without cutting corners.
- Available mornings, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays (10–15 hrs/week).
