As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and organized Marketing Coordinator to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our marketing efforts.

Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in organizing and managing all marketing initiatives for Prince Health. This individual will work closely with leadership, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure marketing plans are executed effectively, events are well-coordinated, and brand messaging remains professional and consistent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, planning, and collaboration while also bringing strategic insight to the table.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage marketing plans, timelines, and calendars across all initiatives
Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing vendors, agencies, and partners
Collaborate with leadership to plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns and community events
Oversee event logistics, including scheduling, materials, vendor coordination, and follow-up
Ensure marketing projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with organizational goals
Provide professional insight and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and organization
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and initiatives
Track progress and assist with reporting on marketing activities as needed

Both part time (25 hours per week) and full time will be considered for this role.

Organization, Communication, Google docs, sheets, drive, Quick learner, Dependable, Friendly, Motivated Experience working in marketing a plus
