Fresh Monkee – The Woodlands is a locally owned protein shake and smoothie shop seeking a reliable Shift Supervisor to help lead daytime operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, independence, and being trusted to run a store. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for opening and closing the shop, leading by example on shift, and ensuring a smooth, clean, and welcoming experience for customers.

This is a hands-on role in a calm, daytime environment — no late nights.

Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the shop independently
Hold store keys and manage alarm system
Lead shifts and set the tone for the team
Prepare protein shakes and assist customers
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Ensure daily tasks and procedures are completed accurately
