Quote and sell new personal lines insurance policies

Provide excellent customer service to existing clients

Cross-sell additional lines of coverage

Assist clients through renewals and coverage updates

Maintain clear communication and organized records

Texas Property & Casualty License preferred (we’ll help the right candidate obtain one if not already licensed)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Friendly, professional phone etiquette

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook

$45,000 – $55,000 annually, DOE
