• Must be able to speak and read English, the ability to communicate in another language may be
helpful.

• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

• Ability to perform all housekeeping duties associated duties as outlined in hotel specific training
program and property specific checklist and any work-related task assigned by immediate
supervisor or hotel General Manager.
• Familiar with frequently used Standard Operations Procedures.
• Basic knowledge of how to solve housekeeping equipment problems and/or who to contact for
solution.
• Clean rooms & suites according to Brand International specific and System Standards.
• Operate all equipment in correct and safe manner.
