Job description:

Woodlands Forest School is seeking experienced Elementary Teachers to join our growing team.

We are a fully accredited private school that blends strong academics with outdoor and experiential learning. We are looking for confident, capable educators who have direct experience teaching in an elementary classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead classroom instruction aligned with grade-level academic standards
Create a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment
Assess student progress and adapt instruction accordingly
Collaborate with school leadership and teaching team
Required Qualifications:

Prior experience as a lead teacher in an elementary classroom (required)
Strong classroom management and instructional skills
Ability to confidently lead a full classroom of students
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
Teaching certification
Please Note:
This role requires direct elementary teaching experience.
Applicants without prior elementary classroom teaching experience will not be considered.

$4500- $4950 Monthly
