Job Description

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirm appointments through phone and online communications
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services and treatment plans
• Collect patient information and maintain accurate records in the practice management software
• Manage insurance verification
• Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Empathy and patience when dealing with patients.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in dental administration is a plus.
