Meat Cutter & Pit Crew Lead
Responsibilities include preparing, cutting/slicing and serving slow smoked meats including brisket, sausage, chicken, ribs, turkey and pulled pork and cleaning and maintaining sanitary work-areas and food service areas at all times. Must have an understanding of BBQ meat preps, seasonings and day and overnight meat smoking/cooking. Must have experience in an established BBQ restaurant. Must be able to work alone or assist senior team member and more!
Must be at least 18 years of age and have transportation to and from work. Must have Food Handlers certification. Advanced restaurant experience preferred. Knowledge of general and specific sanitary meat handling and food safe-handling practices. Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed. Able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Two years prior work asa meat cutter/pit crew lead with increasing responsibilities in food preparation and service. Ability to work independently, accomplish assigned tasks timely/as needed, and follow written guides. Work experience using computer/POS helpful.
$13.50 - $16.50
