What You’ll Do
• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service from greeting to farewell
• Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including food, beer, wine, and spirits
• Accurately take and deliver orders while maintaining quality and timing standards
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with care and urgency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
• Work collaboratively with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management
