Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
Comfortable quoting and explaining insurance coverages
Ability to identify customers' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Experience with comparative rating systems and carrier websites is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management software
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Property & Casualty license required (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
