Contemporary Concierge is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Concierge Associate to provide personal errand and lifestyle services to residents at our partner apartment communities throughout The Woodlands and Conroe area.

This is not a traditional front desk position. Our Concierge Associates spend their day helping make residents’ lives more convenient by completing everyday errands and personal service requests. The ideal candidate enjoys being on the go, working independently, meeting new people, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include: grocery and retail curbside pickups; package shipments and returns; prescription pickups and drop-offs; pet services, including dog walking; out-of-town apartment checks; assisting with deliveries and other resident requests; traveling between apartment communities and local businesses; communicating with residents regarding appointments; and ensuring every service is completed accurately, professionally, and on time.

Candidates must have a flexible Monday–Friday schedule between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM. This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20–25 hours per week, and daily hours may vary based on resident appointments and service demand.

Applicants should be dependable, punctual, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, comfortable around pets, and confident using a smartphone, GPS, email, text messaging, and scheduling applications. A professional appearance and excellent communication skills are essential.

Because this is a mobile position, candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and current automobile insurance.
