On Saturday, March 2, The Woodlands Christian Academy's boys basketball team won the 2008 TAPPS 3A state championship in San Antonio.
The Warriors defeated Kingwood Northeast Christian, 70-52 to win the title. The win also marked the third victory this season for The Woodlands Christian Academy against Kingwood Northeast Christian.
The Warrior's championship was a sweet ending to another great season for The Woodlands Christian Academy (24-2).
