Resort market mainstay Cos Bar opens first Texas location

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Luxury beauty boutique Cos Bar is preparing for a November opening of it’s very first Texas boutique to be located at Market Street - The Woodlands. Like Market Street’s Tommy Bahama Tropical Café & Emporium, Cos Bar’s location in The Woodlands marks its first outside of a resort market.
