Patriot Day: Remembering The Victims of 9/11

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Today is Patriot Day and across the nation people will look back and remember the day that reshaped America forever, 9/11.

On this day, the American flag will be flown at half-staff and a national moment of silence will be observed beginning at 8:46 A.M. (Eastern Time), the time of the first plane crash on September 11, 2001.

We can put our differences aside and unite as a nation, to honor and remember the 2, 974 victims, who were so cowardly taken from us.

We will never forget them.
