TWHS juniors vie for county fair queen crown

THE WOODLANDS, Texas –– The Woodlands High School juniors Lexi Walston and Taylor Stankevitz were among 18 Montgomery County high school juniors who competed for the title of Montgomery County Fair Queen over the weekend at the 55th Annual Montgomery County Fair.

The fair was held late Saturday, April 14 at the Lone Star Convention Center in Conroe.

Ms. Walston was sponsored by Lane’s End Hunters and Jumpers of Tomball, and Ms. Stankevitz was sponsored by CIA-Kenny Speight Agency.

Tori Merrifield of Conroe High School was crowned Montgomery County Fair Queen before the crowd. The fair continues until April 22.
