THE WOODLANDS, Texas –– LivHOME, Inc., one of the nation’s largest providers of professionally led at-home care for seniors, announced Wednesday that it has sold a new franchise in The Woodlands.

The franchise will provide at-home care to seniors in Montgomery and Harris counties, which are home to 50,000 seniors ages 65 and older. The franchise is scheduled to open in August and will be operated by Nancy Larkin and Bruce Gratland.

“We’re delighted to be launching LivHOME’s new franchise in The Woodlands,” Larkin said. “LivHOME’s top-notch quality standards and unique, professionally-led model match our vision for providing the best possible care for seniors. We look forward to serving the local community by helping seniors live with dignity in the comfort of their own homes.”

The business provides care for seniors who wish to remain in their own homes. Each client’s care is overseen by a professional care manager trained in nursing, geriatrics or social work.

“We proudly welcome Nancy Larkin and Bruce Gratland to LivHOME,” said Mimi Zeller, senior vice president of franchising for LivHOME. “With decades of experience in business management, nursing and geriatric care, they are valuable additions to the LivHOME franchise team. We are confident that with their skills and enthusiasm, Nancy and Bruce will make a real difference in the lives of seniors in and around The Woodlands.”
