Woodlands Crossing Shopping Center to welcome new additions soon

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- In the past few months, the Woodlands Crossing Shopping Center has welcomed the arrival of prime retailers such as PetCo and Trader Joe’s, although these businesses are just the first of many new additions.

PetCo and Trader Joe’s will be joined by Nothing Bundt Cakes (you guessed it, a cake shop), Red Mango (the popular frozen yogurt eatery), and SOZO, a boutique salon. This will be the first Woodlands location for Nothing Bundt Cakes while Red Mango already has another location in Market Street. The Woodlands Crossing Shopping Center will be a new location for SOZO, as the store is moving from the Londonderry Shopping Center where it has been located for seven years.

And these are still not all of the stores that will eventually grace the Woodlands Crossing Shopping Center. According to Jarrett Adame, director of real estate at Realm Realty (the company in charge of the center), the remaining leases should be finalized in approximately thirty days, and the names of the new businesses will be released at that time.

Judging by the sudden influx of traffic brought about by Trader Joe’s alone, it looks like they’re going to need a bigger parking lot.
