THE WOODLANDS, Texas - Coventry Homes has a sizzling summer incentive for new-home buyers in north Houston — a free outdoor kitchen.

The “Smokin’ Summer Sales Event” is good for the South Montgomery County communities of Woodforest, Liberty Branch in The Woodlands and Timarron Lakes in The Woodlands. Interested buyers will have to act quickly, though; the incentive is good only through July 31.
