Taylor Morrison debuts latest home at The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, Texas - Taylor Morrison, a leading national homebuilder and developer, will begin building in The Woodlands, a highly coveted master-planned community located in north Houston this summer, the company announced today.

Award for Exemplary Leadership” presented by Urban Land Institute Houston in 2014.The Houston homebuilder will offer seven floor plans at The Woodlands’ Creekside Park West. The new collection of homes will provide homebuyers the opportunity to live in a community where convenience and comfort are high priorities while affording residents short commutes to some of north Houston’s biggest employment centers.

Taylor Morrison plans to build its single-family Chateau Series at The Woodlands, Ellison said. The floor plans will range from the 2,741-square-foot Emerson to the more than 3,800-square-foot Lexington, with five diverse floor plans in between.

The series will be located near vast areas of parklands, and within close distance of lakes and ponds where residents can participate in a variety of outdoor recreational activities. Trailheads in the new neighborhoods will also lead into The George MitchellNature Preserve, a dedicated open space project with several miles of frontage along Spring Creek.
